The Full EP Is Out Today
My four-song EP, Nameless Face, is out today on all streaming platforms. The first two songs were released earlier this summer and the full EP has two previously unreleased songs, “Save Yourself” and “I Pray We Can Keep It.” Both have lyric videos on YouTube, so take a look at the channel link, below, when you have a chance.
I learned over the years that, if you know yourself well, you can create things that others will find interesting or worthwhile because your perspective is, by definition, unique. The biggest impediment to creative agency, at least for me, was accepting scripts that others wrote for me. What I eventually learned was that those scripts weren’t written specifically for me. Some people simply find it difficult to let others be who they are.
Instead of focusing on why some people do this, I learned to focus on why I accepted their scripts. In my experience, as long as you accept the script, it’s very difficult to do creative work that requires your heart and soul. It took me years to figure this out; maybe this blog post will save you some time.
